Teamwork is one of our priorities. Our work is the result of a vital team play, which includes the variety of knowledge, experience and potential of all our team members.

Competences in the fields European Integration and European Project Management, Human Resources Development, pedagogy, further training, foreign languages, Public Relations, Knowledge Management and information technologies in vocational training form the creative pool of our personnel.

All project coordinators within the CCE are trained process consultants and therefore work according to the principles of the systemic consultancy. In our understanding, clients are experts for solving their problems, our task is to structure and facilitate the problem solving process.
